Why brown rice?

Brown rice is a healthy product as it is a great source of selenium, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, iron, zinc, vitamins B1, B3 and B6. During the milling processes, the hulls are removed from the raw grain to reveal whole brown rice, while the bran layer, rich in vitamins B and minerals, remains undamaged. In contrast to white rice, brown rice is significantly nutritionally more valuable and healthier. Brown rice ranks among whole grain foods and contains many vitamins and minerals beneficial to health.
